My first attempt at story writing where choices very heavily matter on the outcome of the game.

Although I was late and unable to receive feedback and that is entirely my fault, I did have fun making this and learning the basics on how to make a game in the first place! From my own view though I realize I could’ve added more pictures and expanded on more options.

For my post feedback, I corrected the character inconsistency and added a clarifying passage about the figure in the shadows to ensure continuity and a smoother narrative flow. Additionally, I fixed the looping issue in the options section by removing the “Respond to SOS Transmission” choice, which redirected back to the same page.

The feedback for my game was positive. They enjoyed the storyline and the connection with the images.

Compared to the previous version, I have added images to most of the passages. Based on feedback, I also added an option to restart the game when the player reaches the end of the story. For clarity, I removed the numbers before all the options.

The feedback I received in my game is that they liked how it was interactive and the variables. On the other hand, they said the plot was sort of out of place and was confusing.

Hi everyone! Graffiti 66 is now live on itch.io. I drew one of my original characters for the cover page. The feedback I received was mostly positive but I do need to be more mindful of my capitalization. I also think it would be more helpful because the questions would stand out more.

I published Zodiac on Itch.io. This game is about an astronomer who must use his knowledge to save the world from a catastrophic event.

The feedback I received in my game was that I had an interesting concept, although my passages led to the same storyline. Initially, I intended for that to happen. Looking back, I now think it would’ve been better to include more abrupt endings to have more vairety and make the choices seem more impactful. I’ll definitely take that into consideration next time.
Hi everyone! I was able to finish my demo, but I had to drop some things and story paths. Additionally. I wasn’t able to draw the custom images as I planned due to outside issues. However, I do feel like the path I took with the one customer interaction is fun and can lead you to two different demo endings. The game isn’t up for public; however, the password to access it is “Apple”.
I made a little description as well: “You’re forced to manage a cafe filled with strange secrets. Will you be able to reach the quota before the day ends?”
I enjoyed working with twine and I feel like, after this semester is over, I’ll come back to the project to finish it!
I made a quick cover using canva and my own art + logo.
I hope you guys enjoy it!

Welcome to HyTek Solutions -Demo- by RedMage Gaming
Overall reception of the project has been positive. Feedback from players highlight the dystopian atmosphere and particular moments that increase tension and immersion. The overall polish of the game was also praised as well as the inclusion of text animations. Though the game was noted to be short, that did not appear to detract from anyone’s enjoyment of the presentation or other design elements. A comparison to Fallout’s “hacking” minigame was made, and that was nice to see, as the terminals scattered throughout the Fallout games were the inspiration for the visual design.
From the feedback I received, I am glad it appears that those who tried out my Twine game had an enjoyable experience. Thank you for taking the time to play!
