Introduction to Video Game Design
Thank you for your feedback. Based on what I’ve received, some of you like my jumping sound effects and the trees. I’ve also realized that the main issue is that my game doesn’t have an ending yet; many people have mentioned that the final empty platform leaves them feeling like there’s no payoff.

Hi, everyone! I’ve uploaded my Godot game to itch.io, and it’s now available to play. I’ve added some sound effects and fixed a bug where items couldn’t be picked up. I’d love to hear your feedback.

Thank you all for your feedback! Overall, the reviews I’ve received have been very positive, everyone loves the bright art style and character designs and enjoys the challenging levels. However, I’ve also noted a few areas that need improvement: the difficulty of the first level could be lowered a bit to provide a better experience for new players. The platform layout in the second level could be optimized to make it flow more smoothly. Finally, I’d like to thank “RedMage Gaming” for finding my “little trap”—a coin designed to trick players into falling down and losing a health point.

This is the level 1 of my microStudio project. I added some challenges to make it more fun to play.
Here’s my character design. I created a Corgi character, including idle, walking, and jumping animations. The orange and white fur makes it look even more realistic.

Overall, there are a few issues I overlooked, such as no background music, the lack of a clear ending and the fact that you can open the door without cat food. These are the things I need to fix. Thank you for playing my game.
