Composite image draft

For the composite image I added my cat to downtown Manhattan next to The Oculus World Trade Center, applying techniques learned in class.

Here wanted to see how it how would look like as if my cat were that big, change the sky color to add a bit of surrealism.

New Composite image – using Creative Commons licensed photos from Google.

For the composite image I added my cat in downtown Manhattan next to The Oculus World Trade Center, applying techniques learned in class.

Here wanted to see how it how would look like as if my cat were that big with super long tail.

This is a very cool concept. The cat and Oculus image are composited in a cool way, and I like the cat tail added in the foreground.

The Oculus image is an example of an image that is not licensed for use. It looks like it comes from a web magazine, which doesn’t add any license information for the photos, so we should assume that they commissioned the photos from a photographer or licensing company. It looks like there are plenty of Creative Commons licensed photos of the oculus, if you go to Google Images and type in “oculus nyc” and filter for Creative Commons.
