Title: Nefertiti recreation

For my final 3D recreation, I decided to use a sculpture from ancient Egyptian times. This Sculpture was the Nefertiti bust. I found the sculpture to be interesting and decided to use this as my 3D recreation.

The sculpture I chose to recreate is the Bust of Nefertiti, a historical limestone sculpture of the great Royal Wife of the Pharaoh Akhenaten. It was created around 1340 BCE by sculptor Thutmose during ancient Egypt. The sculpture is made from limestone covered with numerous layers of painted stucco to create a unique design. In this iconic bust, we see a blue cap crown with a golden band. I decided to use this sculpture as my 3D recreation. I chose this because I find ancient Egyptian art to be interesting.

Welcome to Mojave Umbra Corp!

For my choose your own adventure, I created a story about a corporation called Mojave Umbra Corp. Where hunters are employed to track and hunt folklore creatures with specialized toolkits. Each toolkit grants special abilities, but each ability has its own strengths and weaknesses. I decided to use a red background with a gothic font to give an eerie feeling to the website.

For my website update, I added some CSS to each page. I added a new font to the main title and gave each page a red background. I also added the color light yellow to the text font. Additionally, I added more options for my choose-your-own-adventure story.

For my website draft, I tell a story about a hunter who works for a corporation called Mojave Umbra Corp. A folklore-hunting organization that tracks and captures folklore creatures. In my website draft, I give you the option to choose two different toolkits for your hunt. Each toolkit has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Adobe Animate
For my project, I decided to animate an SOS message to create an example of an emergency broadcast message. I decided to create this example by trying to replicate a situation in which an SOS message would be used. In my storyboard, I added two boats that surfaced in the ocean and later on would be hit by a portal with beams that appeared in the sky. This would result in both boats sinking and the portal disappearing.
For my animation draft I used three oval tools to create rotating ball shapes that move in three different directions. I also used a SOS text that gradually shifts and moves throughout the animation.
For my animated GIF, I copied each frame and repeated the same pattern to create a square-like circular motion for the green square box. For the blue square box, I created the same repeated action.

For this Project, I increased the volume and added some audio fading in between certain sound transitions. I tried to expand certain parts of the radio audio from the beginning to the end. I followed a similar format for the Russian radio announcer audio. I also added an echo sound effect between the audios.

For my audio update I used various different tools to improve each audio sound. I used normalization for my jet audio and parametric equalizer for my Russian announcement audio. I also added reverb and mastering to simulate an echo in a large space. Using normalization improved the range of the volume for each audio I used in my audio draft.
