For my 3D model inspiration, I chose “Mid Century Modern Metal Sculpture Art Abstract Simple Contemporary Decor Modernist” by Petrykowski Artworks. The sculpture reminds of a iteration of the Olympic logo. They stack vertically at a tilt which i think makes a cool 3D model.
My choose your own adventure story is about the wild west. Most people only think of outlaws and lawmen but other people existed during these times, seeking their own place in the new world.
The story starts with our everchanging shades of blue skies turning to night, allowing the stars in the sky to illuminate. a spaceship eventually comes into frame, assuming the role of our protagonist in a sense. We’re soon introduce to the alien spaceships that serve as potential antagonists.
I was thinking about the the old video game Asteroids but i also another old video game that isn’t coming to mind at the moment. I didn’t want to over do my draft because i’m hoping the end project is even cooler.
my inspiration were those old dvd screensavers that would bounce from corner to corner. I wanted to attempt a perfect loop but i’ll save my strength for the project.
I wanted to capture the typical weekend of a middle school skater from NYC. I adjusted the volume and pan for certain clips and used the reverb filter on the mix. I think the trickiest part for me was the Adobe Audition software itself because I’ve only ever used Audacity.

In this update, I used the parametric equalizer to mess around with the sound of the snoring clip and also the brushing teeth clip. I attempted some other effects but ultimately went without them.
For my audio project, I wanted to continue my theme of skate culture. As a born and raised New Yorker, my experiences growing up were often consumed by independence and exploration. Skateboarding provided both things for me and my friends at very young age which I think I capture pretty well in this draft.
