Adobe Audition
I really liked the idea of creating a restaurant audio that is can be used almost as a default intro to a location or scene in a restaurant. Wanted to make an audio that people undeniably hear and no doubt see a busy and fun restaurant. I combined 4 different audio samples together. I decided to use an automatic noise reduction on the people talking in the background as I felt it was overpowering the other sounds. I also significantly reduced a lot of volume and a multiband compressor for the jazz music in the back and added a fade out at the end, so the music is the last smooth thing you hear when the audio cuts. The most challenging part was definitely trying to align these sounds to get one cohesive sound and give a naturalistic feel to it, I solved it by really prioritizing the placement of each sound, how they stacked and volume control.
