To be honest doing this remember me to my times when I was a kid and I used to play in Paint and create some draws and have some fun painting so basically I used my childhood memories to make this.
First Composition
This is a great start, I like how playful your approach is. The approach of using some shapes with fills, some with only stroke, and some with both is a nice approach. I would work on creating more space between elements so they are more clearly aligned in space. Or, if it is meant to be chaotic, go the other way and add even more layers and different overlapping sections.
