The Block Sculptures
Really liked the image and think it could be something fun to replicate. A brown stainless-steel sculpture with 3D cubes stacked up.

since i love animals i decided to create this. however i had a difficult time with the filters.

Made this example to try to get to know to program following the professor’s guide videos.

I composited together the lost world pyramid from Guatemala and also the hero twins from the Mayan mythology. I thought the twins went well with the pyramids since they both belong to the Mayan culture.

This is my composition, decided to do a sunny landscape with some bold shapes and colors. I used rectangles for the sky and ground, used the polygon tool for the sun, and ovals for the clouds. To finish it off I used the custom shape tool to add a silhouette of a large cat on the grass.
SMILE!
Fall 2025
Adobe Animate
Final Animation of Smile. For this project I wanted to continue the fun with the shapes and see what I could get out of it. I really enjoyed figuring out the key frames and how long I wanted them to show so it could feel a lot more fluid. The storyboard was really useful in making sure I could remember the order of the faces. Every emotion I could show until I eventually got to my smile.
Story Board

I chose to use butterflies for my image project. I cut the background out and made them larger. I put a green gradient in the background and a green tint over the image.
The Color Blue
By Dominique Broadhead
Fall 2025
Adobe Animate
For this Final Animation Project I decided to base my story on the flows of a lava lamp. Instead of choosing the color orange for the circles I decided on making them blue. The process was mainly using keyframes to create the slow motion of lava and choosing the color blue to give it an illusion that It is not identical to a lava lamp. I chose to name this project “The Color Blue” to give it more of an Identity on Its own Instead of fully making them a lava orange type of color.
Storyboard

Loved the idea of the blocks and added my signature at the end. A lot of fun using the onion peel.

Title : A spectacular scenery of fisher men and birds fighting.
Fall 2025
Adobe Photoshop
I used a sunset background and as one who enjoy fishing, blended it with fisher men using indigenous technology for fishing. Additionally, I added birds fighting in the sky close to the fishermen.
