Domestic Morning

I decided to use a audio piece using the sounds of a morning routine. I figured I’d use sounds most people are familiar with. While the ideas seemed neat at first, I started to wonder what about a morning routine could be changed with sound effects, and where I could imagine those changes happening. I would definitely explore more on how I can achieve this using more filters and effects.

Eerie hallway

Fall 2025

Adobe Audition

For this project I wanted to create the eerie suspense of listening to someone walk into a scary hallway. As a horror fan I enjoyed looking for a variety of sounds to create the enviornment similar to a scene in a horror movie. It was honestly challenging to find specific sounds too add to the suspense and was easy to add the order of sounds to match the events happening in with the sounds working together.

Diner Order

Title: Diner Order
Fall 2025

Adobe Photoshop

My aim this week was to create a pattern similar to a recent food order I had at a diner. The entire process came from creative curiosity-finding images, rotating them to create a falling effect, and sizing them to avoid clipping. This week, I think I’ve learned a skill I would like to use in outside of class sometime in the other creative endeavors.

Abstract Composition

For my first abstract composition, I enjoyed exploring the capabilities of different appearance properties for my basic and custom shapes. The stroke options allowed me to freely style the way my shapes appeared around the inner and outer edges.
