 So, the fallacy I went with is Genetic. Genetic is when something good or bad is being judged, based on where it comes from or from who it came from.

An example of this was when when Steve Roger was still small. Here in this clip, mainly at 0:59-1:01, We see that the cornel say that “he’s still skinny”. After the fact that he was willing to risk his life in order to save them all. Even before that part, more in the beginning, we see that he was judging him based of genetics. Since Captain America was skinny, short, and had medical issues before the serum.
