This is a recording of a city street. I added 100% reverb to the siren because it makes it sound farther away from the person recording, and I thought that was a cool effect. I normalized and did some mastering of the music as well. And sped up the swings towards the end of the audio

Nice work, these effects work really well, it adds a lot of presence to the mix and highlights the different sounds well.
