Materials: A list of approved materials safe for use for the laser cutter and vinyl cutter, as well as other materials for making and where to purchase them.
Software: A collection of Free, Open Source, or Freemium software for use at home or on your own machines.
Stock Fonts & Images: A collection of where to get free or almost free fonts and stock images or vectors for your design projects.
Bibliography: A list of books curated by the Makerspace staff that are an excellent reference on a myriad of projects from programming in p5.js to designing boxes and more! Some of the books are available as eBooks at the BMCC Library.
On Demand Printing: Sites where you can print your projects outside of the Makerspace– of course these do cost money, they are also more refined and of a better quality. Great for final products prototyped in the Makerspace.
Other Makerspaces: Other Makerspaces that you can look into. Some you can visit, others you might not. Just double check with them first!
