Week2 – Group Forming Activity

Everyday after 6pm except on weekends.

• Which skills can you bring to the team?

Web design, photoshop, video editing, html/css, java script, audiovisual.

• Are you comfortable leading or have you led a group team like this before?

I don’t like leading, that stresses me out and I don’t like stressing.

• What is your major?

Multimedia, programming & Design

• What are your career goals?

Learn how to completely make a website, develop my web design as a graphic designer and be able to make a game with what I learn in those I just mentioned.

Depends on the mood of my OpenLab so I can work.

I’m not usually the type of person to get involved in this type of issue but I can’t lie to say that advertisement has caught my eye lately.

• When are you available to meet outside of class? Fridays & Weekends.
• Which skills can you bring to the team? Hand-sketched ideas to Adobe Creative Cloud, communication and leadership (secondary leadership.)
• Are you comfortable leading or have you led a group team like this before? Somewhat. I have never lead a team, so it would be the first time if I did.
• What is your major? Multimedia Arts (MMA)
• What are your career goals? After college, I plan to pursue the path of becoming a Graphic Designer. I would want an internship first.

• Are you the kind of person who works through the semester steadily or seeks to complete everything right before the assessment is due? I work through the semester steadily.
• What social cause are you interested in? This could be a general subject (i.e: the environment) or a more specific topic (i.e: Cleaning up the Gowanus canal). One big social cause I show heavy interest in is putting an end to Sexual Harassment because unwanted touching becomes a very problematic issue in this day and age.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday, Thursday (but not always, depends on my work schedule)

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, HTML & CSS

I’m comfortable in leading; I used to work in group in MES 152 class

I can bring organization and consistency. I am a very hard worker as long as the team provides the same energy

I have led a few groups, but I do work better as a listener

   Im more confortable as a second lead, and no i have not lead a group like this before.

   I am mainly focus on VFX work with a bit of graphic design as need be.

   I am always working toward an A grade.

   I will admit when it comes to my own personal assignments that i do wait to the last minute alot because i feel that i work better when i do the whole assignent at one time, but when it comes to group work i always work at the pace that is benificial to the team.

  • I am mainly skilled in drawing/designing and can work with audio as well

  • I am comfortable in leading but I never really lead a group team for this type of work.

  • I want own a boutique and run my own clothing business

• When are you available to meet outside of class? I mainly available for Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and sometimes Saturdays.

• Which skills can you bring to the team? I am able to do research and possibly code if needed

• Are you comfortable leading or have you led a group team like this before? I am not really comfortable leading I have before for a group and it was stressful

• What are your career goals? my careers goals are too do investigative research and 3d modeling for design companies.

• What grade are you seeking to get on this project? I’m not sure I’m hoping at least a good grade

My career goals are to eventually be a freelance photographer and designer. But I would also like to work for game companies and lend a hand in creating games.
