Professor Office Hours

Hi scholars, Have you tapped into the resource of Professor office yet? Meeting with your Professors is a great way to see where you stand academically and seek guidance from your Professors. It also let’s your Professors know that you want to be a successful student and pass their class. If you haven’t done so already here at GAINS we encourage you to schedule a meeting with your Professors.

Wellness Wednesday: Meditation

Mindfulness can be explored in new and beneficial ways during college. It is only natural for you to experience a sense of overwhelm as college life picks up the pace with deadlines, exams and everything else changing. But rather than worrying and giving in to the stress, it might be a perfect chance for you to try meditation.
