Loaded Question

The fallacy I have chosen is the loaded question.

A loaded question is when you are asking a question that has an assumption built into it so that it can not be answered without appearing guilty. It can also be seen as a trick question in order to prove a point.

For example when someone asks you “Have you stopped being mean to your mom?” or “Have you stopped smoking?”

Both of these questions can be considered a loaded question because whichever way you answer the question, you will be seen as guilty, regardless of if you had stopped being mean to your mom because the guilt will be held in the fact that you did it in the first place and the same with the smoking.
