Definition - When you were starting to show your emotions You tend to flip it on other people and blame them for you Being upset because you don't want to Admit that you were wrong in this Situation.
Example - You get to an argument, And You tried to make it seem like it was your friend's fault for this whole argument being caused, so your gaslight them and manipulate them into thinking that they're the reason that you guys are having a disagreement.
