Unit 11 Course Materials

Regardless of for-profit or not-for-profit status, size of the organization, and type of product or service sold, each organization aims to do things as efficiently and as effectively as possible. The Operations team works to develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline efforts and to keep up with technological advances, ongoing competition, and consumer expectations.
