I might be late to a workshop, what do I do?

You can still attend even if you are late; however, we recommend that you attend the workshop from the beginning so you don’t miss important information that might contribute to the success of your application.
If you are taking the workshop for a credit (i.e., to complete a career benchmark or meet group workshop requirements), you cannot be more than 10 minutes late in order to get credit for attendance.
Also, please note that lateness could be disruptive to fellow workshop attendees and the facilitators who need to make sure you can catch up with the material that has been covered.

I have to leave early, what do I do?

You can leave early if you have a class or an emergency. Please note that when you leave earlier, you will miss important information that can be essential to making your scholarship application stand out.
If you are taking the workshop for a credit (i.e., to complete a career benchmark or meet group workshop requirements), you are expected to miss no more than 10 minutes in order to get credit for attendance.

ASAP needs my records of attendance. How do I prove I attended a workshop?

All attendance is recorded on TutorTrac and your advisors will receive the records.
