One of the things it shows is that if a person never believes he can be at the top 100 percent of the time, you’ll will never achieve it. It also spoke about everything around you will appear to be positive if you think positively, and too think and believe that you can reach the top, and you will. It may take some time, but if you persevere, you can achieve anything with patience and hard effort.

The three main ideas from the video. One you can’ set limitation on yourself. Two you need to a sense if urgency in what your doing so you can keep up with your training routine. Three you need to put in an adequate amount of reps in what your doing.

the idea that i got from this video just shown to me was how important it is to train your brain, even when you’re just a baby. it’s better to start “earlier the better”. you MUST believe in yourself and always repeat what you do to make it into a habit. be inspired by others. the 3 main ideas in this video were: belief, repeat, and environmental reinforcement

“it’s hard, it hurts, but it works” you have to fall down to be able to pull yourself back up. it’s a skill that you have to repeat like a broken record. Practice a specific aspect. it’s very intense, but just focus on targeting one thing at a time.

    1. Revelatory moment – what 1 person can do to influence others
    2. Environmental reinforcement – if you say it enough, you will believe. Your surroundings can shape who you become
    3. Primal Cue to belong – the desire to be great, not wanting to be left behind
