Look at the following chart that puts together all the different ways we’ve been thinking about learning. What resonates with you most? How will you try to use these elements to help your learning process?

The thing the resonated with me most is the point of how you need to be in the zone where conscious and competent long enough for it to be unconscious. Instead of giving at that brick wall then there. Which is a reminder for me to stick to my goal even when it get two difficult because tension is what cause change.
neuroplasticity resonates me the most. i would use this during my time here in this class to better my speech skills such as moving around too much while presenting or even in general to achieve my goals.
The discomfort scale resonates with me most. I will talk more to people and practice with other to feel less uncomfortable.
What resonates with me most is having a motivation to keep improving my skills, like a role model that keeps me pushing forward to learn more, and the act of constantly keep practicing. In this class, I will use that skill with classmates or the teacher, to help me keep track of what I should keep practicing or what I should improve. I will also use this skill of constantly keep practicing, even outside of class so I could reach my goal for this class.
The method of learning that resonates with me the most is learning through deliberate practice. I am a believer that you only get better through hours of practice because the most successful people in the world didn’t wait to acquire new skills. These people went out their way to learn and master their craft. I will try to use deliberate practice to help myself become more fluent speaking by preparing my thoughts before speaking. I will put myself in spaces where I can gather my thoughts and practice my speech. It can be initially in the comfort of my home first.
What resonates with me the most is would be the unconscious unhelpful habits since there are many thing I tend to do while public speaking. I’ll try to use these elements by helping me leave my unhealthy habits behind .
What resonates me the most is that even though your nervous fight through and will help you be the better you. One way i will try to use these elements to help my your learning process by trying to put it into place when I’m ready to present Infront of a audience.
I believe conscious unhelpful habit resonates with me more, for the same reason that I am aware that I do a lot of hand movements when I speak. I do try and control it at times but it does get a little hard.
The thing that’s gonna resonate with me the most would be able to be self-conscious while speaking to someone. From the elements, I’ll be able to learn how to improve a problem of any sort, and perhaps show me the paths I could take in any situation.
The way I would use these elements to help my learning process, trying to identify my unconscious unhelpful habit and work on them. It’s all about practice and being able to overcome what makes me feel uncomfortable so that I can be comfortable.
What resonated with me is the discomfort because I don’t socialize with people a lot, so it doesn’t sound very comfortable talking in front of the whole class but that is how I will face the discomfort and overcome it.
