The idea of deliberate practice is the ability for someone to constantly practice with the intention to improve a skill. In addition to individuals who deliberately practice they always want feedback with what they are trying to improve by focusing extra on their short-comings. People who deliberately practice understand they have to stay motivated and that acquiring a new skill/talent is not easy. All in all, hard work always beats talent and everything comes easy.

the summary of the second article is that its not necessary to have talent for something that you want to do. with enough practice, drive, and hardwork, it can lead you to any of your goal that you’re trying to achieve.

The main idea is that deliberate practice is to work hard to achieve what you want, for example if you want to be the best at a sport u would need deliberate practice to achieve the goal u are trying to reach or become the best .

Deliberate practice is step-by-step of stages people go through while improving their skills. It is specially made for those who know how to find their focus zone, the ones who keep constantly trying to improve, and those who have discipline on managing focus and concentration on their goals. They explain that having those figured it out, you will achieve a better outcome than those who did not keep practicing on their objective.

Deliberate practice is for when you’re constantly practicing but rather than enjoyment, the primary goal is to increase one’s own performance. The article I read showed that there are people who are born with talent but still need the practice to nurture that talent and perhaps improve it. Of course, it isn’t easy, but it is what is needed to get motivated and to keep going forward.

Deliberate practice is being sure of the skill you are trying to achieve and even though you stumble throughout the way you will still manage to keep trying. it’s also good to even ask for any help or even get feedback on anything you are not sure about. The more you fall the stronger you become and master to anything you want to become.

No matter how much natural talent you may have, in order to achieve the amount of excellence you desire, you must set goals for yourself and work hard. Take in every piece of advice given by a peer and use that to be great.

Identify what you feel you are lacking and work on improving them. Getting feedback from someone else other than yourself helps as well because it gives you another perspective to look at other than your own.

Deliberate practice is when you concentrate on one thing that you need to get better at. Deliberate practice requires picking an important skill that helps you with your practice and it’s important to get feedback from someone because if you don’t get feedback then you will not be interested in learning and practicing about it.
