Module 1c: Learning Goals

Module Overview

Due: Mon Jan 31 (completed in class)

Learning objective: Create learning goals.

Instructions

1st, watch this video on SMART GOALS: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q7Hyr2HUXuk&ab_channel=JesseShowalter

2nd, take into account what we’ll be studying this semester (you may want to review the syllabus) and try posting 3 SMART GOALS for this class. You may not have a lot of context for public speaking, so do your best. The most important part is to make them specific, so stay away from general goals like “I want to be better at public speaking.” In what specific ways do you want to improve?

One of the 3 smart goals for this class that i would like to accomplish by the end of this semester is to be to be more confident while speaking towards someone. Another goal would be to be able to speak with a fast reaction meaning able to make decision while in a conversation, and lastly knowing to understand the person while a conversation in order to reply with a good response.
