Answer each of the following questions in a formal essay (about a full typed page) including proper citations :
Essay 1: The Art-Literacy Connection: What is the connection between art and literacy? How does integration of arts activities in the curriculum support emergent literacy (reading and writing)?
Essay 2: Symbol Development: Explain how teaching across the developmental domains (cognitive, language, physical, social-emotional) supports symbol development (Hint: You will use the Dyson article as your key source, but also use the information from the videos and the Baghban article).
