This week, you will begin the first draft of your Final Project: Curriculum Web. This is only a first draft. Each week you will learn more that will help you to revise, elaborate and improve your Curriculum Web, which is due at the end of the semester.

This week we will also learn more about Gardner’s Multiple Intelligences Theory, which will help you to think about how to create learning activities for each curriculum topic that meet children’s diverse learning modalities (intelligences).

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Shape a curriculum with a theme and sub-themes that include creative learning activities that build on high-quality children’s literature
• Use Multiple Intelligences theory to design developmentally appropriate learning activities.
