I love working with kids and I’m hoping that this class gives me a further understanding about kids and how they think, why they do what they do, etc. I hope that everyone also has a great year and to whoever is reading this it is very nice to meet you.

My name is Briana Crespin a nd my gender pronouns are she/her. I like to dance I actually used to dance for my church. I like to play basketball, and ride bike too. What techniques will I use to work on my time management? I will make sure to check the assigments and make sure that I pace myself so that im not doing things last minute. What will also help me is going over the syllabus to make sure that I undertsnad the requirements of this class. Something that will be challenging is that I tend to forget about open lab considering it is not on black board. I will however make sure that Icheck my emails to makesure im up to date with all my assignments.

  3. Daniela Rosales

Hi guys! My name is Daniela Rosales, I am 18 years old and this is my first semester at Bmcc. A fun fact about me is that I have three dogs, I guess you can say it’s a crowded house but I enjoy their company. I chose to major in Early Childhood Education because I enjoy helping kids and teaching them new things. I realized I want to become a teacher when I volunteered at a community center last summer and had a good experience on helping the kids with their summer work and tutoring them in reading/writing. I hope this career is for me in the future and as well to those who are majoring in Early Childhood !

Daniela — Thanks for your comment! What type of dogs do you have? How old are they? We have 3 dogs too — Bailey (~14-1/2 years old(, Sandy (~12 years old) and Bella (~11 years old). How old were the children at the community center you volunteered at last summer? It seems that that experience influenced your career choices. Welcome to BMCC and to ECE 110!
