CUNY offers Direct Deposit for students to receive their Financial Aid and Tuition refunds, including the Fall 2023 ASAP Textbook Disbursement!
There are multiple benefits when you sign up for Direct Deposit such as that it can eliminate the chances that your check might get lost, misdirected, delayed during delivery, or misplaced once you receive it. As well as remove the need to physically visit the bank to make a deposit. Additionally, there are no fees from CUNY when signing up for Direct Deposit. If you do not sign up for direct deposit, your physical check will be delivered to the address found in your CUNYFirst.
