- Set up a shared Google Drive, Dropbox (instructions for claiming your free account can be found here: https://www.cuny.edu/about/administration/offices/cis/technology-services/dropbox/trainingresources/) or Github folder for your team to share all the work you will be creating for the campaign project. Create a post with a link to it. ** Use the title format “[Team name] – folder” and select the Category “Week 2 – Team folder”
- Fill and sign the team contract. (1 form per group). Upload it in your team folder. Make sure it is clearly named (i.e: NameofTeam_contract_date)
- Create and rehearse your pitch deck as a group. Upload it in your team folder. Make sure it is clearly named (i.e: NameofTeam_pitchDeck_date). Each group will present to the class next time we meet. Be ready to offer feedback to your classmates.
