This is a LONG list of web fonts. It’s meant to be used as a resource that you can come to when trying to find the right fonts for your web sites.

Fonts with multiple weights

These fonts have at least six weights including normal and italic versions

This system you have to pay for if you want the full version but you can get one weight of each for free. It’s on MyFonts and you have to add the free versions to your cart I believe.

Just enough for basic text

If your project doesn’t require many different styles of text these fonts will work. These fonts mostly have four weights, Normal(400) and Bold(700) with italic versions of both (Some have less, some have more).

While some of these might be usable for paragraphs of text, most are more suited to headings and larger font sizes

(not suitable at all for small text or large amounts of text)

Display Fonts with 1 weight By style

Most of these font’s just have one weight (some have two). Most of them are probably appropriate for headings only.

formal, Informal, hand writing, in place of things like Comic Sans

MonoSpace fonts are useful in places like when you are showing code or have a list of numbers that need to line up

Typekit subscription

If you pay for Adobe Creative Cloud then you can use fonts through Typekit which is a font host like Google Fonts but has only high quality fonts, full families and fonts that you can not get easily elsewhere.These are all high quality fonts
