About Me
For over 10 years I have worked with students ages 5-85 through exercises, activities, and interactive games to build confidence, improve speech and integrate their own creativity using tools and techniques from my years as an actor, singer, dancer and director in the performing arts. I have an M.A. in Educational Theatre from NYU where I learned to integrate my love for the performing arts with developing effective, personalized and creative programming to meet the needs of my students. As a public speaking professor within the City University of New York system I have had the opportunity to work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures to improve their speech and communication skills in a way that meets each individual where they are, honors the experience they bring to the table and supports their personal vision. Having worked at several advertising rep firms over the years I developed a keen knack for implementing clear communication structures for my teammates, creating and curating original client pitches as well as establishing interviewing protocols and procedures. Let me share my experience to help you get to the next level by improving your public speaking skills.
