Gender and Women’s Studies Toolkit

For faculty: Welcome to the assignment toolkit for Gender and Women’s Studies! Please follow the links below to the library’s information literacy modules. The library department recommends each toolkit be introduced in the course curriculum two weeks before research papers, projects or activities are given. The modules are designed to meet the toolkit competencies. Share this introduction video with your students so they can familiarize themselves with how they will use the toolkit.

You can reach out to your toolkit Librarian, Elizabeth Arestyl, at earestyl [at] bmcc.cuny.edu

Note: All quizzes and online activities are self graded. Students receive the results upon completion of the quiz or activity; the results can be emailed or posted in Blackboard.
