Women’s problems in Georgian society

Georgia, is a country where women are given the status of a goddess.  Especially, mother has a huge role in every men’s heart. A lot of Georgian famous poets write about mothers and their values in the world. There does not exist drinking-bout where toast masters and other men will not stand up and say toasts of women, wife, house keepers and mothers. After all of this, they drink one or more glasses wine.  Georgian women are perfect for Georgian men. Georgian men think that Georgian women have a unique beauty, though they like Slovak and Russian girls.  Women are source of a new life. There are a lot of words, where “mother” is basic part of Georgian words in the language. For example: mother tongue ( დედაენა), the earth ( definition is mother ground, დედამიწა)  and so forth.

Unfortunately, reality is radically different in our society.  I can bravely say that women have a lot of problems in our country. I will start from women’s childhood. There are framework if how must grow up baby girl. Parents think that girl and boy do not have equal terms. In this case, if boy has a freedom that means that they can do what they want, girl cannot live similarly. There are the famous sentence- you are a girl and you must … there are a lot of version how will I finish it; you must study better, you must be sophisticate, you must do house works, you must stay at home and your promised bride will find you, you are mirror of our family, you must eat accurately, you must come at home early, you must be virgin and etc. When you are a girl, almost everyone try to control your life; not only your parents but also your brothers, friends of brother, neighbors and so forth. Everyone try to control you. They want to know everything. If you are a boy, you do not have a problem.  No one try to control you. If a boy has a lot of sexual partner, it just means that he is cool. Almost every boy is proud of this fact and they attract more and more girls. They do not need a high education and accurately manners. They just know how flirt with girls. There are a huge number of boys who have psychological problems. They have a lot of complex and low self-appraisal; they try to cover it with bulling other girls. Georgian men are proud and sometimes they do not want relationship with girl who is more successful. Because of this fact, they try to bulling women; generally boys have a better experience of relationships. Boy start bulling like this, you are short, you have a long nose, you have short hands or what do you know? You do not have an enough knowledge or where do you live? Are you from village? Do you live in suburb?..  This type of man try to oppress woman and try to kill woman’s self-confidence. The man start toxic relationship with his partner. After all of this, he is proud and he thinks that he is better. Unfortunately, a large number of good girls are victims of this kind of relationships. The problem comes from childhood. There does not have mean how much perfect you are; girls always are under the critic. Parents, teachers or society want to be better and better. Parents a lot of observations give to baby girls and they forget to encourage own children. Because of this fact, from childhood woman have serious problems of self-confidence and when they grow up they become easily vulnerable.

I want to notice religion role in the above mentioned problems. Orthodoxy has a huge influence in our community.  Christian religion tells us that the man is a head of everything. The woman must not have sexual partners before marriage, she must get marriage just once and etc. Women must have more sense of patient. She must be honest…

Also, I think that women’s role in family is a caustic issue. A lot of women are under the stress. Often, men violence toward women. They do not need reasons. Men jealous; they afraid of everything. For example, if couple separate, he continue control of ex-wife. He do not want to comprehend that the woman is not object; she has own life and she can contact with other men. There are a lot of case where ex-wife was killed by ex-husband, where ex –wife are beaten and raped by husbands and ex-husbands. Violence take place of every level of society. There are large number of famous women who have own bad experience. Fortunately, step by step everything is changing. Years ago, I mean 7 or 5 years ago women do not speak about this problem. They shame on society. They used to start thinking, I must endure it; what kind of reaction will have people; everyone will speak about me and my family and etc. Social media has a huge role in our lives. Today, everything is transparent.  Women know that they are not alone. There are NGOs that can help to them and they can fight for them. I hope that one day everything will change. Our new generations will not have old mentality and they will realize that women and men are equal. The men is not patron of the woman after marriage.

Introduction

  • History of Foster Care in the US (English Poor Laws)
  • Brief history about “Orphan Trains”
  • System built on the neglect of youth

Caring for a child that is not your own is’t something new. In some societies people care for children collectively. The United States has a history with fostering children that isn’t the best. In the 19th century the United States adopted England’s Poor Laws.

BODY 1

  • Childhood experience with foster care
  • Survival, Conforming, Servitude (power imbalance)

For most of my childhood I have experienced the Foster Care system in New York. Starting in 2013, that was the day I was introduced to the system. Woken up on a hot day in July, I was told to put my clothes on and get ready. Not knowing that life had something waiting for me, the experience of a lifetime. My introduction to foster care was not the best but I doubt anyone’s introduction is. I was a scared and confused child, and the supervisors thought it would be best not to explain the situation because I was a child. I was scared because I had knowledge of foster care based on my cousin’s experience. She compared being in foster care to being a slave and I did not want that faith. Worker tried to reassure me that it would be alright once we were in the group home but I was only worried about staying with my siblings. (continue)

One foster home that I’ve experienced was horrible but I felt as though I had to endure the abuse or we’d be sent to another home where things would get worse or stay in a group home until I age out. There was the additional stress of protecting my younger siblings, I often portrayed a parental role for them. In the home my guardian was being physically abused by her then husband. Initially, it was shocking to experience but as time progressed it became easier to respond and come to her aid. It felt like we, my brother and I, were her line of defense from the demonic man and we did not bat an eye because we knew our situation. Eventually, the abuse started to shift, he would focus his attention onto me and often direct his frustration at me. He often called me slurs, followed me around the house and even went as far as locking me out the house on numerous occasions. It continued with financial abuse, he would take the money my guardian gets for caring for us and splur it on himself. For months I lived like this, with the idea it was my responsibility to care for my siblings and do what is necessary so they don’t have to experience this.

How does this tie into the Orphan Trains ? (create good transition)

  • Orphan Trains in the 1800’s states with big  cities would advertise homeless children and ask people to take them into their homes
  • Many children were sent to farms and different places in the south
  • Places neglected children and used them as indentured servants (US actually has history with creating laws specifically making children indentured servants find it)

Similar to the experience of the children, a part of the 1800’s “Orphan Trains” I felt since I am in a home it is my duty to have myself at service for my guardian. Whether that meant doing a simple chore such as cleaning the bathroom or defending her from an abusive man, the task should get done, it’s the right thing to do since I live with her. No task was too big and with each one I endured more trauma. Eventually, it felt like I was unable to say no or express how I truly felt, I had spent so long suppressing myself I had forgotten how to be myself. Then it hit me this is what my cousin meant by being in foster care is like being a slave. This was survival, this was my introduction to the cycle of surviving the system of foster care. (Continue)

The United States has a history of assimilating people in their society. First, with the start of the first nations people, or indigonous people. It was either assimilated or were saluted and the United States started to become clever with the ways in which they erased these people. One way the United States enacted terror on Native people was the Trail of Tears in the 1800’s. (continue)

Some may compare foster care to displacement. Being stripped from your community and bounced around the state until they can find a “suitable home” enduring trauma along the way and expected to be thankful.

Pedagogy Problems

Introduction:

Qué vale la pena?

Daniel Morales-Doyle poses this question in his study on curriculum, and offers the translation, “What is worthwhile?”. According to Doyle, asking Qué vale la pena as an expression emphasizes the further sidelining of marginalized communities at the hands of hegemonic curriculum. [1] The battle over what is worthy of teaching and learning is one that has always existed.

In this paper I seek to explore facets of curriculum that uphold hegemonic curriculum content, and, therefore, can be understood as a struggle for power and control over the narrative of human history, and the ability to influence how future generations grow to see the world and interact with it in ways that uphold dominant oppressive structures. This being a Gender and Womens Studies class, and with this being such a broad issue, this paper will primarily focus on the erasure of women and the intersectionality of erasure from Social Studies curriculum.

Pt 1: Social Studies – Erasure of Women is the Norm:

I recall noticing the absence of women in history and social studies textbooks in grade school. It was around when we learned about Harriet Tubman and Joan of Arc, and I realized they seemed to be the only women in my history book that weren’t mentioned as merely a supporting character to a more notable man. Pages and pages of accounts of men, stories of their experiences and upbringings and motivations were the foundation of history, and women were relegated to supporting roles, or tokenized. Where were all the women?

Turns out I was picking up on a hard truth. According to a study performed by the National Women’s History Alliance in 2019, only three percent of educational materials contained information relevant to the contributions of women measured against total contributions referenced. In their study, 53% of these references to women included domestic roles of women, while only 20% included the women’s suffrage movement. A paltry 2% contained women in the workforce or depicted accomplishments for the sake of accomplishments. Moreover, when women are included in history books, they are often portrayed in stereotypical gendered roles, and most often, are only mentioned in relation to their husbands, and most represented are those from conservative circles [4].

Some might argue this is in large part due to the very oppression of women, that for so long women were barred from academia and the workforce, but this would be a copout. A lack of equal military, political and academic achievement should not be reason enough to exclude 50% of the human population from history. It does however, offer a relevant opportunity to provide context for this oppression and to illuminate the lived experiences of women through, and their resistance to, that oppression.

Minimizing women’s roles in history contributes to the very culture that continues to diminish the labor traditionally associated with “women’s work”. By omitting descriptions of this labor from our history books we confirm that we do not value this work, which is absolutely fundamental and foundational to the survival and progression of humanity. But history is written from a male perspective that places value on politics and war.

Pt 2: Intersecting Erasure: A Whitewashed Curriculum:

“Seeing the Chicana in light of her history, I seek an exoneration, a seeing through the fictions of white supremacy, a seeing of ourselves in our true guises and not the false racial personality that has been given to us” – Gloria Anzaldua, La Frontera

Intersecting with the erasure of women in history is the erasure of all non-dominant groups, so much so that it’s hard to mention one without mentioning others, even if you could write a lengthy individual thesis on the systematic erasure of each separate group.

Even in attempts at writing inclusivity into modern textbooks, the mark is missed because those powerful groups who dictate what is taught, how it is taught, and how that knowledge is assessed are typically controlled by members of the dominant culture. This cycle, even under the best of intentions, leaves groups with comparatively less power and voice to continue to be left out of the history books. Those with such hegemonic, dominant-group identities are often unable to see the mechanisms upholding their own privilege, whereas those groups who experience oppression or invisibility would be in a far better position to contribute a more comprehensive view of history and social studies as it is shaped into curriculum. As it stands, much US curriculum is legitimized by existing faulty education, so the very act of seeing the need for this shift of mindset in curriculum writing is obfuscated [4].

In fact, most of the recent inclusion of traditionally underrepresented groups are presented within standards that award and make heroes of those individuals that assimilate to white culture. The Black activists featured are those whose actions have been sanitized to make them “more palatable” to white teachers and students. Many stories that include Native Americans seem progressive on their face but speak mostly to the resistance and reaction to white expansion, and very little has to do with independent representation of their culture and who the people are independent of an overarching white narrative. [6]

Conclusion: A Perspective on Progressive Change:

Because curriculum is controlled by state and local governments, it is imperative to unite educators, historians and activists in school districts across the country, particularly those from traditionally marginalized groups, to demand textbook reforms that more accurately represent our past through more than one dominant perspective.

In some states, notably Texas and Florida, the organized right exerts enormous sway in textbook selection, ensuring that topics such as global warming and evolution are downplayed in science texts and issues such as racism, sexism and imperialism remain [7].

Final Project Self Evaluation

So far its clear that I need to do more to focus my thesis and develop my closing statements, the “manifesto” part. As it stands, a lot of what I have is based on readings of research papers on curriculum and pedagogy. I don’t feel like it has a lot of my own writing style showing through the patchwork of ideas at times. I have the facts that will back up my manifesto and hope to build on that to figure out a strong conclusion.

I still managed to fall into the trap you warned me of, even though it was at the front of my mind. On this one, I realized initially I’d focused a lot on STEM curriculum and impacts it has on upholding homogenic culture for underrepresented groups, and the intersectionality there, but that was becoming its own whole thing that was getting into learning types and all sorts of stuff that could be its own paper, lol. I had to refocus/remove a lot of that portion because it was a little disjointed, and while I love the STEM section it didn’t feel so relevant to the GWS final.

It does seem like just about everything has some greegree of intersectionality, and these problems are deeply connected, so it’s easy to bounce around a bit, but hopefully after taking that part out I have more of a flow going. It’s been a struggle sometimes knowing how to effectively search for the right studies, honestly, at times I can’t tell if this is because I am using the wrong terms in my searches or because research is so imbalanced. I have really been enjoying getting into focusing on the fields of study that inspired me back to school, and specifically, through the perspectives we have been sharing in class.

Feminist Memoir

The issue of gender roles in a society there is usually the expectation that is placed. I lived in a family and community that valued gender roles, and we were supposed to conform to them and do as per what society dictated. When as young girls,we were not allowed to go out unless accompanied by our brothers. In Ijeoma’s article, she talks about how she was raised in a country where a set of rules was created to define a woman’s responsibility to her family in her community. As a child, she was required to prepare meals for the family, take care of her brothers and attend school. This points out the issue of gender equality.

Elements in intersectionality interact and intertwine, and this results in unique identities for individuals. We all have our own experiences of discrimination and oppression. Therefore, we must consider everything and anything that marginalizes people in terms of gender, class, race, and sexual orientation. Through intersectionality, I was able to understand the roles that the different genders play in society.

The earliest memory I had about my gender was the fact that while our brothers were allowed to go out and play, we were only allowed to do that on the condition that our brothers accompanied us. As girls in the family, we were not very much allowed the freedom to leave the house. These were the expectations we were given in the family, and as girls, we were supposed to spend a lot of time doing chores and helping out with many things in the house.

Every society has its gendered expectation that they adhere to. There are usually expectations that society puts on and expects the different genders to adhere to dressing, behavior, and presentation. From a young age, I knew that my parents expected my brothers to be aggressive and bold. As girls, my mother always told us to be polite, accommodating, and nurturing. I learned that society consistently placed some values in how we carried ourselves, and we were always supposed to conform to the expectations. I learned a lot about gendered expectations from my family, where each gender was expected to do something as per the community’s norms. Although there is a thin line in my friendships, there are some roles that are played depending on the gender.

There are so many norms that I have challenged throughout my life, while at the same time, I have learned to live with others. I have always challenged the idea of objectifying women to men throughout my life, and I believe all should be treated equally. Despite all these expectations, there is supposed to be equal treatment. There are so many other gender norms that I have accepted, like how I am supposed to present myself and how I dress, which to me is more of my character.

In the relationships and friendships that I have been in,there are gender plays a significant role in that there is a way that I am supposed to present myself. In our family, gender played a part, and there were things that I have done in the house because, as a girl, my parents restricted me. Gender plays a significant role in many relationships, work, family, and friendships we find ourselves.

I can define feminism as having equal opportunities for all genders and having a level playing field for the genders where no gender feels marginalized. Most of the time, women and girls are not given opportunities, and feminism addresses this by ensuring equal opportunities. Feminism is all about equality and not making women bigger than men, and it is an essentialingredient in our society today

Annabeth Stoll: Final Project Draft

Hi all,

For my final project I’ve decided to create a zine where I interviewed a few friends (and myself, I guess!) about their experiences with feminism. I apologize for the messy upload, but I can’t figure out how to condense into one PDF. I look forward to presenting later today and hearing your thoughts!

Hamidou Soumailou

Why are Black women near such a high risk of dying from pregnancy?

 My name is Hamidou Soumailou and my nationality is African American. I am currently a student at Borough Of Manhattan Community College and this is my second year. Migrating to the United States I have viewed how people like me, in other words, people of color were treated in the past, and up till today that abuse of power still exists. I am connected to my people of color and it doesn’t matter if you’re male or female we are all one, your problem is my problem as well. {see note 1 in Comment below}

Before I dig into my topic I want to talk a little about what’s the aim of news in our daily lives. The News is that part of the delivery that keeps us knowledgeable of the changing events, problems, and characters in the world outside. Although it may be interesting or even entertaining, the foremost value of news is as a benefit to empower the informed which is us the individuals. An issue I believe that will become a major topic worldwide which many people are not aware of is why are black women at such a high risk of dying from pregnancy? And why is that, numerous individuals think it’s an issue of poverty, lack of fetal care or not having access to the best hospitals which is sometimes the case. But we should all keep in mind that Racism also plays an important role. Childbirth is far more uncertain for Black women than white women. In New York state, the Department of Health affirmed that three times more Black women died from pregnancy-related complications than white women. More than 60% of these deaths can be preventable if appropriate caution is given fairly. It doesn’t matter if your rich or poor almost every black woman has faced discrimination within childbirth care. {see note 2 in the comment below}

For the reason that I believe black women near such a high risk of dying from pregnancy is according to the American Heart Association, it’s a nonprofit organization in the United States which aims to reduce death caused by heart disease and stroke. On February 20, 2019, they published an article called, “Why are black women at such high risk of dying from pregnancy complications?” which talks about two known individuals called Serena Williams and Beyoncé. Serena Williams is one of the best tennis players, and Beyonce is a top rank singer. Although these two individuals have different values they both are black women, millionaires, and still experienced life-threatening difficulties in their pregnancies. As the article mentions, “Basically, black women are undervalued. They are not monitored as carefully as white women are. When they do present with symptoms, they are often dismissed. That’s what happened to Williams when she experienced a pulmonary embolism a day after giving birth to her daughter via cesarean section. Williams was gasping for breath and recognized that blood clots were blocking one or more of the arteries in her lungs.” Williams’ story illustrates the biggest obstacle black women face even when they are successful and wealthy. Racism affects so many things before a patient even gets to the clinical encounter. They are already classified once they step foot in the hospital. Just how we say money doesn’t buy you everything.

In addition to why I believe black women near such a high risk of dying from pregnancy is agreeing to a news company called NPR news which issues an article called, “Black Mother Keep Dying After Giving Birth.” DR Michael Lu is an Orthopedic Surgery Specialist, and the article states, “Dr. Michael Lu spent years as head of the Maternal and Child Health Bureau. That’s the main federal funding of programs for mothers and infants. He and others have done studies showing that an important cause of poor outcomes in childbirth for all black women is prolonged exposure to the indignities and dangers of discrimination.” Pregnancy causes stress to the body, And not having proper health care can put the woman at greater risk.

To sum up, everything that has been stated so far black motherhood has been facing discrimination throughout their lives and it’s a major conflict in the society which individuals need to be aware of and take action on. Keep in mind that the Constitution was created so each one of us have the same right, equality, and privileges. But that’s not the case here, whites tend to dominate people of color and that’s something we individuals will never sit watch happen. I believe the way we can prevent discrimination in health departments is by involving the government because they operate it. They should develop a written policy that defines rules and procedures. Constructing a written policy is the first step approaching restricting discrimination at work environments. {see note 3 below}

Women gender studies

Being a ghanain woman in my family comes with a lot of expectations for me to follow. [GREAT opening; it tells us something about who you are and what this memoir is going to be about.] I am oppressed in many ways but yet I  benefit from them [What is “them” here?] . My family apart from my mother also have expectations from me, to the point that I feel like I’m walking on eggshells. Not following expectations from my family leads to consequences. I’ve seen first hand how my family reacted to a family member that did not follow expectations, that has made me fearful of breaking rules. [–> Here you are sharing the stakes, why this is important to you.]

I remember being around the age of 13 and my mother and I having a conversation on how I should carry myself as a young lady. My expectations— [are these your expectations of yourself or what others expect from you?] of being a woman is to dress respectfully, meaning not showing too much skin, not dressing provocatively. I asked my mother why I have these expectations. She began to say that it was because of the home we come from. My mother was raised the same way and she told me that if someone was supposed to see me like that, they would think that i didn’t come from a home and i don’t respect myself. My expectations are more than just clothes, it’s more of a representation of my family and meI. I am not allowed to have tattoos or smoke, or drink and party till like 12:00 Am, not saying i want to, but in my family if you have or do either or they will view you as a thug or someone who is not educated (see note 1 below). Same for piercings and long colorful nails. I can have a piercing but it has to be one and appropriate size, not huge hoop earrings. As for nails, it definitely can not be long and colorful. If you have long nails in my family that means you can’t cook or clean because you’re not able to with those nails, which means you’re not a woman. To elaborate on the quote not a woman (see note 2 below), a woman is supposed to clean and cook in the house, so if you don’t do that you’re worthless in your own home, according to my family. Having colorful nails is not acceptable, as a woman you should on have neutral colors, nothing that stands out, that is unlady like. As for my hair, I am allowed to have any hair style I want but nothing crazy, such as colorful hair or a mohawk, things of that sort are not allowed in my family. If I was supposed to show that to my elder family members back home they would look at  me in disgust. (see note 3 below)

I have discussed the things i shouldn’t do as a women, as a ghanain women I am required to do certain things. I was taught to clean and cook because when I get married and have children it will be required to do that. I am supposed to dress respectfully, meaning cover up everything. I am supposed to wear either heels or flats, skirts or dresses and pants are ok and shorts but not too short. My nails have to be short and neutral colored. As for my hair it can be styled any way, if i want to dye my hair it has to be black, since my hair is a light brown, no other color is allowed. I am expected to go to school and finish college and have a successful career. When I choose a partner he also has to be going to school and finishing college and also look presentable. If my partner does not have all the qualities that my family wants, it will look really bad on me. (see note 4 below)

I remember going to Ghana a year ago and meeting my family. When I arrived at my grand uncle’s home, I remember covering my ears because I was scared that he was going to see that I have two piercings in my ear. When I was around the whole family they were asking questions about my life and what I am doing. I made sure to tell them that I was in college to become a psychologist. At first they didn’t look happy, so i made sure to tell them the details on how i was going to get my M.D and become a licensed psychiatrist that prescribed medicine to the patient. My family began to say “oh so you’re going to college to become a doctor”  out of all i said they just heard about doctors, they didn’t care about the field i was working on, they just expected me to become a doctor with a successful career. So I just told them yes. Everybody was happy and telling me that they are proud of me and I’m becoming the woman they expect me to be. There was this one incident where i was not conscious of what i was wearing. My grandmother saw it and said I looked like a mad man because I had ripped jeans on. Another time I had a maxi dress and she told me to take it off and put something else on because the back was showing too much. I Began to feel really bad about how I was dressing and began to be more conscious than I was before on my appearance.

I never knew what the major consequences would happen if one of the females did not follow the expectations until I saw first hand what my family did to my aunt. My aunt was 16 years old when she had my little cousin. That has to be one of the worst things to do in the family because to the outside world she seems like a fast woman trying to do grown up things, which will make the family look bad. Not only did she have a baby at 16 she also did not finish school and as of right now she kind of goes to men to men and her daughter that is 18 right now  does the same online. My family knows that they are that way and have shunned her and her daughter. (see note 5 below)After seeing the way my family treats my aunt and cousin made me more scared into breaking expectations. I want to feel accepted, my family not shunned. It will break my heart if that was the case with me.

Even though i do not break my expectations and follow everything my family expects from me,  I can’t help but to ask, if i was suppose to wear sneakers and not go to college and possibly worked in fast food restaurant with long colorful nails and purple hair, have tattoos and a nose piercing does that mean i’m not a women. I understand not drinking and not smoking and some other things but to exclude your family member because they made a mistake is not fair , not only that it makes it scary to be around my family because i’m constantly second guessing myself. A lot of expectations have benefited me like cooking and cleaning because now I am independent and don’t need anybody to do things for me. (see note 6 below)Being a woman is more than appearance or choice of career, it’s about a mindset being independent and just being respectful to others and yourself.

  •  My goal for this essay was to show people what my expectations are as a woman and if someone could possibly relate to me. Seeing how it makes you feel and how we as women go about it because we try to be accepted than be rejected by others.
  • In my opinion I think I did well on explaining specifics on what my expectations are and how I’m fearful of not following them.
  • I think I need to improve on elaborating more. I think some points that I have made were quite vague but in general I feel like I explained everything very well.

Since the beginning of time, women have been given a role of being everyone’s keeper. I am sure you have heard the term “I’m not my brother’s keeper.”  I come ask myself, was this role given to us by men? Did we take on this role as women of intuition? Did God create Eve from the heel of Adam’s foot so he could oppress us, or did God create Eve from the rib of Adam to be as equals? I asked myself these questions countless of times, trying to make sense of what makes women so different from men. I want to believe, that there is a purpose to what women face every day no regardless of where live are in this beautiful globe. Men has the thought of being superior beings, and this concept has spread though out history. Women have been mistreated physically, sexually, verbally, mentally, and murdered. Women that voiced their opinion, beliefs, goals, would be killed for not being compliant to husbands, fathers, teachers, religious leaders, political leaders that are led by men, and so forth.

According to the neuroscientist explored differences in male, female brains, David Kattenburg, March, 2016 (CBC News). https://www.cbc.ca>news>health Women process information 5 times faster than men do. Women are wired differently than men, in which our thinking process and have cognitive performance. There is endless of differences, and process in males brian, than in female brains. One example is sexual differences. One is more sensitive while the other is aggressive.

We as women of wisdom, must vioces this issue and help re-wire new generations of men, teaching them that oppression of women is slavery, its unethical, criminaland a violation of human rights. The thought process of men regarding this very issue, has infected the minds of generations of men, creating a monster called “male supremacy.”  I believe, women were given a spiritual connection and intuition to unveil the enemy, and show the devil hidding in the details. Our human rights been violated from being under paid compare to men, from political to economic conflicts, as in the “Red stocking Manifesto “we identify this as male supremacy, one the oldest and most basic form of domination.” and no one seems to think that there is nothing wrong with this issue. The burden that women face daily is out of control, and we declare liberation of unacceptable behaviors from the men feel like they owed this power of control. I declare, to the leaders of this country a call to immediate action, (excluding male believers of women liberation) making and passing laws as a crime of women oppression and under paid opposed to men.

Women are More Than Conquerors. We are survivors of evil, and we will prevail against the attacks of the enemy that want and keep women under oppression. God created us women with an ability of strength that men do not possess. I believe, we have the power and intuition that was given to us from the beginning of time. Bible quote written by King Soloman: Proverbs 14:1 “every wise woman builds her house, but a foolish one will only destroy it” I believe we will be coming closer to women liberation and equality with a changing world. I believe this our chance to rise in power in a realm of feminist creating movements that target these issues of gender inequalities. Our main goal is, to liberate women that are underpaid, overworked, overlooked, oppressed, violated by males, under privileged, and avoided in the political arena, etc.

I come to understand many women writers like, Feminist Judy Brady, written an article, (I want a wife) as she asked her self why does she wants a wife? She wants a wife for the obvious reasons. A wife’s duty is a 24 hours 7 days a week with no rest job, while men kick back after an 8-hour shift with a beer at hand. Clearly women have more responsibility than men. Men are constantly getting, what I call “fake praise” for doing what is needed as if they have won a contest. I would like to conduct an experiment in the mid-future, like changing the roles, and analysing how long will they last. I believe men cannot be men without a woman. This concept of a wife is slavery, oppression, and its an evil concept of the meaning of a wife. We are all human and are created for different purposes. Men, as much as a women have a function in this world and sooner or later will have to answer to a higher power.

Women declare freedom and liberation from male supremacy and equality as it is our rights as the laws of nature.
