  8. 1)-I was raised in a family both individualist and collectivist. Individualist because my parents always encourage me to be independent in a way that I can survive by myself after leaving the nest. Collectivist because all the members are very loyal to our family. For example, on the video “Individualism vs Collectivism”, a collectivist family should never operate outside the interest of the group and it is considered shameful. We love and support each other no matter what. In addition, we are always worried for the group esteem, by making sure that all of us feel happy with ourselves.

Collectivist because we are going to work as a team, having an interaction based on respect and cooperating and collaborating with each other. On the other hand, the family is individualist when the family wants the baby to be independent as he grows.
