The Two programs I found on Student Hub were Year Up and College Discovery.
2.Explain how the program’s offer student success.Year Up is a one year full time program for students who are working towards getting their Associates Degree to help them gain expeirence interning in one of their top companies. College Discovery is a program that helps students achieve their goals to do well in their classes.

Bmcc Navigate app can help student’s stay organized with helpful reminders. They have a calendar you can use for important events/assignments and you can even email other bmcc students to form a group and discuss your assignments. I would definitely use the navigate app because it can help me stay on track with my assignments and continue to keep me connected with my class or professor to discuss any issues I have with my assignments.

Out in Two is a scholarship program that offers students to graduate within two years and help you in transferring to a senior college. BMCC Learning Academy is a program that offers supportive personalized advisement, learning communities, success seminars, interactive career, and transfer guidance.

The BMCC’S navigate app help students to stay alert and organized. It helps students also to be more responsible and focus more for successful classes. I would use this app because i can stay alert with my assignments and also seek for help for future concerns or comments.

– Career development uses the Career Advisors to assist you at all stages of your career planning and job search. “The Center for Career Development supports BMCC students in their career engagement, readiness, and success by providing them with guidance, tools, resources, and access to employment and professional opportunities”. Peer Mentoring Program “To alleviate much of the confusion when transitioning to college, the Peer Mentoring Program at BMCC helps new students adjust to the college environment, make connections on campus and feel empowered to chart their own course to success. The program matches successful continuing students with new students, connecting them as partners for a semester-long experience”.

The federal government provides grants for students attending college or career school. Most types of grants, unlike loans, are sources of free money that generally do not have to be repaid.
This program is beneficial to most student but with low income, this program help a lot of students.
The scholarships were distributed incrementally as students met enrollment and academic benchmarks, The program targeted students in need of at least one level of developmental education who may be particularly at risk of not having enough funds to cover their college expenses identified as low-income adult learners due to the struggles they often face, including having to contend with competing responsibilities involving work, family and school it could help student succeed. Many nonprofit and private organizations offer scholarships to help students pay for college or career school.

Yes I will use all these apps and resources all around me I’m so thankful for them, I have to thank Financial aid for giving me the chance to get to go College this years, without Financial aid I could not able to attend college this years,

The Navigate app can help me with my success by guiding me through things at bmcc that I don’t understand while also reminding me about deadlines. I would use it for the resources because I still don’t know everything Bmcc has to offer and I don’t want to miss good opportunities because I don’t look into them.

The FYE program offers student with important information that will help them throughout their life in college for example they give important financial Aid information and the types of workshops and services. The ASAP program will benefit you with academic support, Transportation and Textbooks and personalized advisement and will help you graduate in less then 3 years

– The Writing Center provides support and tools in writing pedagogy. Students are tutored and are help revising their academic papers.
The Scholarships, Awards, and other Opportunities program gives students the opportunity to receive supplement funding or an alternate funding for a student’s education. This program gives students another form of financial support to continue their education.

Single stope which offer help to student who in need with Panther Pantry, Student Emergency Fund Assistance, Health Insurance, Legal Services, Financial Counseling, SNAP (Food Stamps),Tax Preparation, Housing Options

2 programs I identify from BMCC’s student Hub would be tutoring in which it helps you in any assignment you seem to struggle with but depending on the subject you need help in. Next is schedule builder in which helps students to plan and register for courses that meet their schedules and other needs.

For tutoring you can just go to student hub, tutoring pick what subject you are struggling with than it says the staffs email.
For Schedule builder it shows you the steps on how to do it and give you tutorials as well on how to do it.

The navigating app can help by reminding you the upcoming plans and or things that need to be completed. Yes I will definitely be using it because I forget a lot and this app will save my life by telling me what is due and by when.

The programs are full time meaning you must be in them throughout your two years at BMCC. They help students trying to get an associates degree by giving work experience. It also puts the students at an advantage by helping them pay their debts and other benefits. College discovery helps students reach their goals and succeed.

The way you can contact someone in the program is by email, phone number, or by scheduling a zoom call. Due to the pandemic there are not really any face to face interactions.

BMCC navigation app can help students by keeping them organized because it provides reminders when doing work. There is also a calendar that is given for important events. It also has a way to form a group message that way it is easier to discuss assignments. I personally would use the navigation app because it will help oneself stay on top when it comes to the work. You can also be more on point with the punctuality of the assignments. This app helps you stay connected to the class and professor which is a plus that way you aren’t lost while doing the work

– I identify ASAP & Panther Partners.

-The panther program is a program for first generation college students and I happen to be one of them so I can give you some personal insight. Panther partners partners you with a bmcc staff member who in most cases is also a first generation college student like yourself. It also gives you the opportunity to receive a Tuition grant for one summer and or winter course, various incentives ( like metro cards, t-shirts etc) you also receive exclusive invitations and to attend workshops and events designed for the first generation students, you also get the opportunity to be apart of a community of 400 plus first generation students and professionals at bmcc.

-The second program is Accelerated study in associate program (ASAP) the ASAP program can help you be successful because it helps you with text books , a tuition gap waiver for eligible students, a dedicated ASAP advisor ( so someone is with you along the way). They have career and support services and also you can take classes with other ASAP students. I am apart of the ASAP program and I’ve mad so many different connections.

– the navigate app can help me and my success at bmcc by giving me reminders of what to do, my schedule, give me support, give me study buddies, give me helpful videos and give me updates about enrollment steps, holds and my status. Yes I will use the app I actually like it ! It seems that it will be very helpful.
