Unit 14 Assignment

Our Unit 14 Assignment, will bring us back to the Discussion Board! Throughout the semester, we have learned about organizations that are large enough to employ HR departments to focus on the many aspects of HR management we’ve covered this semester. From benefits to compensation, employee relations to equal employment legislation, there are a lot of things the leader of a small or entrepreneurial firm might have to think about if they are managing HR by themselves.

For this discussion, students will be asked to draw on their understanding of the content we covered in this unit and their own personal experiences.
