Welcome to Unit 2: HR Management Strategy & Analysis! In this unit, we will explore how from the beginning and at the highest levels, Human Resources teams and their work is woven throughout healthy, successful organizations. We will see why setting strategy for a business is essential, how teams are formed and jobs get created, and how integral HR teams are to some of the brands we interact with daily.
