– The distinction that reading 4.3 makes between owners and employees is that the capitalist class people or owners in this case lives off owning assests and investment and working class lives off working for wages or salary from their bosses. Most of the working class people is working for the capitalist class people to make their income .

-Adam smith is basically trying to say that without labor or the working people there isn’t any real profits an industry or a company is going to make and without production they won’t have anything to sell to make money and contribute to the economy.

– My thoughts on the main argument of reading 4.4 that class is not an identity is that class isn’t a personal level, race, gender or idenitity it should be based on class relations.

-I agree with the argument that class structures are built around close form of dependency because when you think about it most working people depends on their livelyhood from paycheck to paycheck provided by the higher class.
