- what’s new about it is we’re fighting against fear and our minds as she stated, and we our enemy becomes anyone who we are afraid of. were as before it was a war against people or things but now we are just frightful. with all the things that has happened we dont have a clear understanding to why and that leaves many in fear because we do not know where and who the attacks are coming from.
- the “Roving Wiretaps” violate the bill of rights because it violates people’s 4th amendment that people are protected against unreasonable searches and seizures. say I meet a person on the street and don’t know nothing about what they do now because they are being watched I have to now have my whole life watched just for coming in contact with them and I have absolutely nothing to do with what they do. and just for speaking to someone one the street isn’t a justifiable reason to have my life investigated.
- Sneak and peak do the same thing and violates a person’s 4th amendment because you are entering my place of business, employment or home without my knowledge and permission.
