I LOVE “Fantastic Planet”. I would describe the style as brights and futuristic, round soft surrounding objects what are all very unreal and surreal. I think its obviously not make for a youth audience like Ralph Bakshi’s work and “Yellow Submarine” because, and maybe I am biased because I have watched it. Its themes are very surreal takes on society and how small people really are, the conservation of information and education and how it can build and break down societies. I love this movie its so pretty everything is so pretty and our main characters are so cute and easy to root for.
