The Ethics of Whole Foods
Considering that America wants to be more healthy in the way they eat is where Whole Foods comes into mind, thats what founder John Mackey wanted to do for a living is bring more healthy options for people and so Whole Foods was born. Thinking about how he wanted to expand his stores to a length of social responsibility and Ethics to his business, he had to bring marketers to help him reach that goal and show what the supermarket chain can bring to it’s consumers.
To get an over view of what Whole Foods wants to bring to its consumers is a great ethics principle, to start off there core is to sell the highest quality natural and organic foods, when entering the store they want to entrige there consumers to find the healthy options they want in finding vibrant stacks of produce, animal welfare rated meat and body care products with ingredents you can trust. To satisfy and delight their customers is by creating a work place that surely brings a welcoming shopping experience and it’s through this where they the employeers deliver understanding customer service through knowledge, skill, enthusiasm and operational excellence.
Now with great service comes Ethics in the job in Whole Foods and so there core is to promote team member growth and happiness which can bring collective energy, intellegence and contributions to all of it’s team members. They have designed and provide a safe and empowering environment where highly motivated people can reach their highest potential. Striving to build a positive and healthy relationship with their employers from being earned through transparent communications by recognizing the good work that team members should do every day.
We know as customers that when we walk into a store like Whole Foods, we expect everything we want to be there, this is where the business wants to provide the best for it’s consumers with many variety to pick from and the most additional helped asked for and their policy provides these services, it’s where they value the importance of fun, family and their involvement to encourage a rich, meaningful and balanced life.
Many may wonder, with a place called Whole Foods, where do they get their fresh produce? Well, being such a large distributor of healthy foods has come from an interdependent business ecosystem where there are 10,000 of suppliers that the business depends on to create an outstanding retail shopping experience for it’s customers, from reviewing trade partners to shareholders is how the business transactions are held.
In today’s world of large corps also comes large greenhouse gases that pollute the air and harms our crops and destroys our environment but considering what Whole Foods stands for is to not stop using admissions by the year 2030 in which standing by this commitment with the U.S. soon going towards more electrical for farms and the environment.
To conclude what Whole Foods stands for is to bring its products to its consumers to ensure their getting the best produce and bring more innovation to it’s stores, these are the ethics and soical responisbitys of Whole Foods.
