Most recently, the BMCC student team won the first place in the College Fed Challenge in the Maiden Lane Division in the Fall of 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and as a result they have been repeatedly invited to the Federal Reserve headquarters in Washington, DC where they met and were honored by Chair Jerome Powell.

The Club also sponsors, especially in the spring semester, academic discussion and seminars covering a wide variety of subjects related to economics and finance subjects. Seminar discussions include the FinTech industry, ESG/Social Impact investments, Introduction of Central Bank Digital Currency, NFTs and Blockchain, economic developments and the financial industry. Guest discussants and speakers include Central Bank economists as well prominent industry participants.   In addition, the club organizes Career Opportunity seminars, open to all BMCC students, featuring BMCC graduates reflecting on how to start and develop a successful business career.
