  1. I learned about servant leadership from this module. I also learned that as a teacher, you should always be selfless, not selfish. Being supportive even if its something like arranging an earlier drop off or a later pick up can go an extremely long way

The best practices for working with families who have infants from the reading in this module is reflecting on how and when we should offer our expertise by ensuring that they seek the family’s opinions and ideas as often as they share their own, meeting procedures that help focus on open-ended questions which can also help teachers implement an open dialogue and joint decision making, and encouraging families to feel more comfortable about disclosing their fears, needs and preferences.

The best practice for working with families who have infants in this module is the reading well we have to learn about servant leader and traditional leadership model we also have learned about appropriate use of power strategies also how to understand servant leader ship in family centered practice. And this mother we also learn about social influence, attribute of voluntary subordination that connect to family centered practices and partnering with families we also learn about responsible morality and example of ways infant teacher can become servant leaders and partner with families. All of these practices and information will help us in the future to know how to be selfless, encouraging, making decisions together and make one another feel comfortable and as well how to take leader ship.

  4. The best practices for working with families who have infants from the reading in this module is understanding the meaning of a Servant leadership, focuses on the needs and goals of others. Examples of ways infant teacher can become servant leaders and partner with families is by giving up professional power and work towards decisions, exercise responsible morality by recognizing options, voluntarily seek out opportunities to serve others, display authentic qualities such as integrity, humility and vulnerability(Allred & Hancock ,2015).
