  1. Communication, making bonds and relationships are some of the best practices work working with families who have infants or older children. Creating welcoming, carrying classroom that invites everyone to be part of a setting (Gonzalez, 2017). Respecting the roles of family members from each home, learning about family dynamics.

  2. What are the best practices for working with families who have infants from the reading and video in this module? Identify your source (reading or video) as you develop the list. My source that shows the best practices for working with families who have infants is the reading where it talks about open and thoughtful communication, creating a welcoming environment, learning about family dynamics etc.

  3. The best practices for working with families who have infants are communicating with the family members, creating a safe, warm, welcoming environment for the children and their parents, and learning about their family dynamics.

  4. Best practices for working with families who have infants is being sensitive, understanding , creating activities,be welcoming. Provide safe place, always checking on them ,communicating with them, learn their behaviors, support them socially and emotionally.

  5. I think the best practices are keeping communication open with the families and keeping them involved with the development of their children. also, providing a safe space is very important
