Welcome to Unit 5: Interviewing Candidates! In this unit, we will explore how organizations employ distinct strategies for interviewing candidates, depending on seniority level, hiring rate, and type of position. We will understand the benefits and drawbacks to different interviewing methods, and examine types of interviewing questions that help recruiters and hiring managers sift through applicant pools to find the best candidates.
