Unit 4: Planning, Recruiting, and Selection

Welcome to Unit 4: Planning, Recruiting, and Selection! In this unit, we will explore how organizations make decisions about how to attract talent, how to select talent, and how to plan for future talent needs. We will talk about our own experiences in the job search process, and will work on crafting our own application materials so that we can set ourselves apart in the interview process.

As a reminder, we will have a LIVE CLASS SESSION via Zoom on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 6:00pm – 7:15pm ET. Attendance is mandatory. If you have not already, please add this session to your calendar. You can join using this link.
