Welcome to Unit 3: Job Analysis & The Talent Management Process! In this unit, we will explore how HR teams approach the momentous decision of how to structure their organizations by determining how many people the business needs doing what kind of jobs to adequately staff the enterprise. We will understand how organizations look to research and competitor strategy to make these decisions, and why setting this strategy is the foundation on which the rest of the business can be built.
