Welcome to Unit 12: Collective Bargaining & Labor Relations! In this unit we will explore labor unions in the United States, the legislation surrounding their formation and operation, and the benefits they provide for employees. We will learn about how labor unions negotiate with organizations through collective bargaining, and how they affect organizations’ operations. We will discuss well known labor unions and the industries they operate within, including professional sports.
