Unit 11: Employee Relations & Business Ethics

Welcome to Unit 11: Employee Relations & Business Ethics! In this unit we will explore how Human Resource departments liaise between organizations and employees to inspire positive impressions of the organization for employees, and a clear understanding of employee satisfactions and grievances with the organization.
