I too have a quick temper and get easily but I personally find that just taking in deep breaths when I feel like Ill get upset REALLY helps me in controlling anger and not letting it get to me. It also clears my mind to figure out a solution to whatever may be angering me.

I agree. I took classes,and I learn to think before I speak and stay calm. I also know to take timeout and used humor to release my tension.
