Unit 13: Managing Global Human Resources

Welcome to Unit 13: Managing Global Human Resources! In this unit we will explore how certain functions of HR change and adapt as organizations expand beyond the borders of the USA. We will understand the distinctions between employees based on citizenship and home country, and understand the challenges organizations may face when deciding to go global. We will also discuss cultural differences across countries and cultures and how these differences might affect where organizations do business and/or how they strategically decide to expand.
