Welcome to Unit 10: Safety, Health, & Risk Management! In this unit we will explore the responsibility organizations have to provide safe working environments for employees. We will examine legislation that provides specific regulations for safety and discuss our own experiences with potentially hazardous situations. We will learn about the steps organizations take to manage risk and how trends in Human Resource Management make managing risk a moving target.
In order to successfully complete this unit, you’ll need to do the following:
